Kato Selles is a peaceful settlement, with unique beaches and restaurants, located few kilometers away from the village of Plaka and Elounda. There are three plots, each plot is 1000m² but the half of plots is inside the settlement of Kato Selles, as a result the maximum building surface reaching up to 200m² plus basement for in every plot.
