Short Overview
The hotel complex is located in Agios Nikolaos, on the belt highway of Agios Nikolaos – Elounda. The total surface of the land is 10.500m2 and the hotel covers a surface of 3.000m2 as follows: 13 bedrooms in the main building -50 bungalows of 33m2 each -6 suites of 80m2 each.
They all are luxurious, with their own bathrooms, shower, W.C., verandas, patios… In the main building are: The reception and a big lobby of 350 m2, The main restaurant and bar with space for a small reception (210m2), Roof garden, with a splendid view, of 250m2
Both restaurants are serviced by a fully modern equipped kitchen (gas operating) located in the basement of the main building. In the basement are also the linen press, the warehouseman’s office, the accounts department, the mechanical storage room (plumbing, electrical…), and auxiliary staff rooms (WC, showers, wardrobes, restaurant).
The engine room (at the basement of the main building too), is communicating with the other rooms by a tunnel environing the building. The tunnel is 350 m long and 3 X3 high / width. Inside the tunnel are the machinery station, and the electrical and plumbing plants. The swimming pool is 700m2 and has a cubic capacity of 1.200m. In the middle of the pool, there is a Pavilion Bar and a Quick snack bar. The is also a tennis court, a gym and a Sauna, Children playground, a children swimming pool. For conference groups: conference room of 40 pers. Capacity.
