Short Overview

2 storey hotel complex in the area of  Kalo Chorio- Istron, built in 1985. The plot where the hotel is built is 1.850 m2. The 2 storey building is totally 2.700 m2. From those 1.500 m2 are covered by the hotel and the other 1.200 m2 constitute the basement. These 1.200 m2 are unexploited up today. They can be used by the buyer as per to extend the existing building with approximately 80 double bed rooms.

There is a big lounge, kitchen (serving breakfast up to now), a big bar with snooker and table games, a big swimming pool (8m X10m), dining and sitting room, private parking, big gardens, children playground.
